RE: Smoke master Air Purifier

Gentlemen:

It is important to recognize accomplishments, from time to time, that are not in the norm of common business. The smoke master Electrostatic Air Cleaner is one of these products.

We first purchased a smoke master over 17 years ago. It has performed beautifully with only minor repairs during this time period. We have just completed rebuilding our first machine (at normal cost) and placed it back into full service. Being so pleased with the first, we have just now purchased a second machine for another area of the building.

The every day concerns with our families and visitors in supplying an area for smokers, without odor and the smoke traveling into other areas, is a concern for us all that deal with the public. Smoke master has proven to be a complete answer to this new public nuisance problem. I can recommend this product.

This is to inform you that we are very pleased with our Smoke Masters.

The first one purchased was installed in the canteen: area and is doing a great job.

The four which were purchased later were installed in the large meeting bingo hall are also doing the Job. One bingo player said I sit at the far end of the hall and now I can see who is calling the numbers. Another player said "my wife says now after I get home from calling bingo, I don’t smell like a cigarette”.

All we get is praise for having the Smoke Eaters installed.

We at VFM Post 1590 thank you for advising us that the “demos” were available to us at a reduced price. Otherwise we would not have been able to make the purchase, and our bingo hall would still be uncomfortable and smokey.

We have been remiss in not writing sooner to express our complete satisfaction and thanks for the six model X-11Q Electronic Air Cleaners we instated in our Veterans of Foreign War Post earlier this year.

Your rapid response in providing guidance in enhancing our air quality and the quick shipment of the air cleaners is deeply appreciated.

WE never realized how bad our air quality was prior to the installation of the air cleaners. Our members who refrained from attending Post Functions because of the cigarette and cigar smoke have become more involved and constantly express their thanks for the air cleaners. Even the smokers have noted the advantages. We no longer have the smoke haze and the coating of nicotine and tar on the ceilings and fixtures. Additionally the quiet operation of the X-11Q’s was an unexpected asset and is commented on frequently by our members.
